Other Projects
Besides The Acre, Craig and Tara Elias and Sam Criniti have developed a number of other commercial and private properties in NSW and Queensland. Below are photos, including before and after, showing some other projects undertaken.
The Regal, an art deco movie theatre in its heyday, had been converted into a featureless box housing a video store when Craig and Tara took it on with the goal of re-exposing and preserving its beautiful, elaborate ceiling and giving the entire building a facelift to restore, if not its art-deco splendour, the elegant look of a bygone era.
